I automate what costs your business money and time

Turnkey internal systems, dashboards and AI assistants — in days, not months, at a fixed price. I connect scattered services into one working tool. One of the systems already saves a client $3 000 per month.

How it works

A product, not "developer hours"

Price and timeline known upfront. No hourly billing and no "I need two more weeks".

What you can order

Six areas, three tiers in each. Prices are baseline, for the Ukrainian market.

01

Dashboards and end-to-end analytics

The owner sees revenue, the funnel and ad ROI in one window — not across seven tabs and three Excel files.

Metrics showcase

One source, 5–8 metrics, charts, filters by period and manager, access via link.

$300–7003–5 days
Working analytics

2–4 sources via API, own database, auto-sync, funnel, breakdowns by product and manager, roles, alerts in Telegram.

$1 200–3 5002–3 weeks
End-to-end · white-label

5+ sources, lead stitching by utm, cohorts, LTV, ROMI and acquisition cost by channel, multi-project, auto-reports.

$4 000–9 0005–7 weeks
Examples
  • Launch dashboard for an online school: revenue by cohort, completion rate, traffic ROI
  • Clinic panel: staff utilization, average check, repeat visits, no-shows
  • Financial dashboard for a store: margin by product, ABC analysis, stock levels
  • White-label agency portal: 10 clients in one interface
02

Learning platforms and your own LMS

The school stops paying a cut of sales and a subscription for a "dead" database — and gets a product it owns itself.

Learning portal

Courses and lessons, video on your own storage, access rights, automatic access after payment, progress tracking, content admin panel.

$1 200–3 0001–1.5 wks
Platform replacement

Cohorts with deadlines, homework and mentors, quizzes, certificates, pricing plans, completion analytics, notifications.

$3 000–7 0003–4 weeks
Full platform

Gamification, chats and Telegram integration, learning paths, 5+ roles, cohort analytics, automations, affiliate program.

$8 000–15 0004–8 weeks
Examples
  • Migrating a school off a rented platform: 4 000 students, progress preserved
  • Platform with cohorts, mentors and homework grading for a vocational school
  • Subscription club: recurring charges, access levels, community
  • Shared core for a partner: 5 schools on one platform under their own brands
03

Booking, online scheduling, events

Clients book themselves, slots don't overlap, nobody forgets to show up — and you don't pay a subscription per employee.

Online scheduling

Slot calendar, services, up to 10 specialists, overlap protection, client card, reminders, website widget.

$600–1 500up to 1.5 wks
Resource booking

Rooms, halls, equipment, a "service × resource × staff" matrix, prepayment, branches, memberships, utilization reports.

$2 000–5 0003–4 weeks
Ticketing platform

Many events, price tiers and quotas, promo codes, payment, QR tickets, gate-check app, refunds.

$5 000–10 0003–8 weeks
Examples
  • Scheduling for a barbershop chain: 3 locations, 12 barbers, Telegram reminders
  • Meeting-room booking with hourly billing and prepayment
  • Clinic scheduling with one-click visit confirmation
  • Tickets for an in-person intensive: 4 tiers, promo codes, entry check
04

CRM, internal record systems and inventory

A process that fits no off-the-shelf CRM moves out of Google Sheets into a system with roles, history and no stock errors.

Spreadsheet replacement

Orders / clients / statuses, cards and lists, filters, 2–4 roles, Telegram notifications, import from spreadsheets, export to Excel.

$600–2 0001–2 weeks
Records tailored to your process

Inventory tracking or CRM: stock levels, receipts and write-offs, suppliers, stocktaking, cost price, history, phone scanner.

$2 200–5 0002–4 weeks
CRM + inventory

Funnels with automations, multiple warehouses, reservations, manager bonuses, field-level permissions, 5+ integrations, multiple legal entities.

$6 000–12 0004–12 weeks
Examples
  • Order and production tracking for a workshop: from request to shipment
  • Inventory tracking with batches and expiry dates, phone scanner
  • CRM for a non-standard commission scheme that off-the-shelf tools can't handle
  • Franchise portal: multiple legal entities, unified reporting, different permissions
05

AI assistants, automations, integrations

The routine work managers and mentors do by hand today moves into an automated flow — with an action log, not a "we think we sent it".

First automation

A bot over a knowledge base of up to 50 pages, or connecting two systems (form → CRM, payment → access), or 1–3 ready-made flows.

$400–1 000up to a week
AI inside the process

A knowledge-base assistant with citations, or processing: lead qualification, work review, call analysis.

$1 500–3 5001–2 weeks
A system, not just an automation

An assistant with access to your database, batch processing of hundreds of calls a day, end-to-end automation across 3+ systems.

$5 000–10 0003–6 weeks
Examples
  • A school support assistant based on course materials, escalating hard cases to a mentor
  • Automated lead qualification: the bot collects, scores, writes to the CRM, creates a task
  • Sales-call review against a checklist with a score for each manager
  • Two-way sync between CRM and payments with retries and a log
06

Tickets, unified inbox, reminders

Requests from every channel gather in one feed with owners and deadlines — instead of messages lost in a manager's DMs.

Form and requests

A website form, statuses, team notification in Telegram / Slack, an email to the client, an admin table. Or a Telegram bot.

$350–9003–4 days
Help desk

Tickets with owners and timers, conversation inside the request, escalation, analytics. Or reminder sequences.

$1 200–3 5001–2 weeks
Unified inbox

3–5 channels in one feed (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, chat), a single client card, templates, analytics.

$4 000–9 0003–5 weeks
Examples
  • A school help desk: student requests with deadlines and mentor workload
  • Visit reminders with one-click confirmation and rescheduling
  • A store Telegram bot: catalog, order, payment, delivery status
  • A salon's unified inbox: Instagram, Telegram and website chat in one window
🌐
English interface and support are a separate line item. Building and maintaining in English for an international client are calculated with a markup on the base price (estimate it in the configurator above). AI model tokens, SMS traffic and payment for external services are on the client's account.
Custom challenge

Didn't find your solution?

The catalog above covers the most common requests — not the limit of what's possible. If your process doesn't fit any of the blocks, describe it in your own words. We'll scope it, design it around you, and lock the price and timeline before we start.

Where to start

The first step is inexpensive

You don't have to commit to a big project right away. We start with a short paid stage — it gives an honest estimate and protects both sides. The cost is credited toward the project if it starts within 30 days.

Data audit

What can be measured

A review of what's actually in the CRM, spreadsheets and payment system: duplicates, lost lead sources. A report with a map and a list of gaps.

$200–5001–3 days
Task review

Locking the quote

A process review, screen prototypes, a written scope of work, a list of integrations and risks, a fixed price and timeline.

$300–8003–5 days
Configuring existing tools

When custom isn't needed

Configuring an existing service for your process: flows, fields, roles, integrations, a guide for the team.

$300–1 2002–7 days
Data transfer

Migration with no losses

Export from the old system, deduplication, transfer into the new model, reconciliation and parallel operation of both systems.

$400–2 5003–10 days
Maintenance

The system lives on after launch

External services change their APIs, dependencies need updates, data needs backups. The workmanship warranty is 60 days after delivery, then one of the plans applies.

Care

Basic
$29–39 / mo
Hours
Emergency fixes up to 4 h/mo, development not included
Response
Mon–Fri 10–19, critical — 4 h
  • Hosting, domain, certificate, database
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring
  • Daily backups, kept for 30 days
  • Security updates
  • Fixing integrations when APIs change
  • 2 minor edits per month
  • Monthly report

Support+

12–15 seats
$99–149 / mo
Hours
2 h of development + fixes, 1 task in progress
Response
Mon–Fri 09–19, critical — 2 h
  • Everything in the Care plan
  • A bank of 2 development hours per month
  • Roll over hours for one month (up to 2 h)
  • Discounted rate beyond the limit
  • Priority in the queue
  • Up to 5 minor edits per month
  • Metrics review once a quarter

Growth

3–5 seats
$299–449 / mo
Hours
6–8 h of development, up to 2 tasks in parallel
Response
Mon–Sat 09–20, critical — 1 h
  • Everything in the Support+ plan
  • A bank of 6–8 hours per month
  • Roll over up to half the hours for 90 days
  • First in the queue, a dedicated channel
  • A staging environment, scheduled releases
  • Roadmap review once a month
  • Reserved capacity for tasks

What maintenance doesn't cover — to avoid misunderstandings

  • New functionality. New screens, roles, integrations and reports are separate. Fixing a defect (a deviation from what was agreed at delivery) is included in the plan.
  • Tasks larger than the limit. Anything longer than 4 h (Support+) or 12 h (Growth) is a separate project with a fixed price.
  • Content and data. Uploading lessons, products and client databases is on the client's side.
  • External service costs. Mailouts, telephony, AI model calls — from the client's account.
  • One request channel. Tasks go into the shared queue, not into direct messages: that way it's clear what's in progress.

Messaging and reminders platform

For partners

If you bring a client

You don't have to sell anything on my behalf — just name the task. I take care of the review, the quote and the timelines from there.

Compensation

The commission is added on top of the price and doesn't cut into your interest:

  • 20–30% of the project value
  • 10% of maintenance for the first six months
  • A fixed price list in hand — you can quote without me

How to hand it over

  • Describe the task in 2–3 sentences
  • I estimate for free whether it's doable and how much
  • If it won't pay off — I'll say so upfront, not after payment
  • Then a paid review with a quote, then the project

Formats

  • A one-off referral with commission
  • Working under your brand as a subcontractor
  • A steady flow of tasks with a priority queue
